The real world is highly underrated. That’s right.
Some things never change.

Me too :(

Being afraid of going to the hospital (because of potentially having to pay copious amounts of money) in the case of an accident, even though it could have long term health consequences if it is indeed serious. No one should feel afraid to seek treatment.
(I’m not injured, though. I’m just afraid of becoming injured)
I am a Canadian, free to speak without fear, free to worship in my own way, free...

Except they spell it Boulengerie Nantaise and if you don’t say “Nahn-taze”, no one knows what you’re talking about. Sigh.
Nantaise is to Nantes what Parisienne is to Paris. (They’re actually using it right.)

i just got back from watching a meteor shower in the middle of nowhere (st. jacobs) with lynn, rita, and rita’s friend.
absolutely beautiful. it had such a calming effect on my horrible mood.
It helps if the weather is clear. I wanted to go and watch it but all of western washington was under thick cloud cover :(
Curses to the weather

Espresso + Gelato = Affigato => awesome good.
Mmmm Affigato.
When people ask you to elaborate, they want an elaborate answer. Not a non-descript two word response.
That is all.

… people always hear things in their dreams and can’t figure out where it’s coming from, then wake up and it’s totally obvious? I had that, for the first time in a long while.
I had an epic camp dream! On the scale of “I don’t ever want to wake up because it’s too fun.” Anyways, so I was in the staff room, listening to a cd while making a pseudo-mailbox (for notes) and when I was...
Dear friends,
Starbucks has recently changed a lot of their pastries in the US (and potentially elsewhere) to be made with more natural and healthy ingredients. Part of their awareness campaign is to publish their recipes and I have found and picked up two of these recipe cards. I’m not sure if you can get them in Canada, so I decided to post these recipes on tumblr for you guys to enjoy.
So without...
