Just 6 years ago, we were still using floppy disks that only carried something like 1MB of data. Ridiculous.The first computer without a floppy drive was the original, Bondi-Blue iMac, which came out in 1998. You’re just a late adopter. ;)
I would have dumped floppies a long time ago except
- We had to submit our assignments in class on floppies
- 128MB USB sticks cost hundreds of dollars.
